Հանրապետության նախագահը և Վեհափառ Հայրապետը հանդես են եկել կոչով՝ հաջորդ կիրակին՝ նոյեմբերի 22-ը, հայտարարել արցախյան ազատամարտում Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար նահատակված հերոսների հիշատակի օր և աշխարհի բոլոր հայկական եկեղեցիներում կատարել հիշատակի արարողություն:
