The Armenian Apostolic Church honors today the memory of Sts. Sukiasians, Qahana.am reports.
Relatives of Queen Satenik, being the followers of Sts. Voskian priests, later were called Sukiasians, as their leader’s name was Sukias.Not managing to persuade and to return their former servants the Armenian princes took revenge on their preachers – Sts. Voskians and killed them by swords.
