A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia and the French theater company Saté-Âtre, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia.
The document was signed by the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia, Tigran Virabyan, and the director of Saté-Âtre, Satenik (Saté) Khachatrian.
The goal of this memorandum is to strengthen and develop cultural cooperation between Armenia and France, in particular, the popularization of Armenian culture in France and the popularization of French culture in Armenia, especially in modern dance and dramaturgy.
Within the framework of this memorandum, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia will assist Saté-Âtre at the institutional level in implementing joint projects, will contribute to the engagement of international and national partners, etc. The Saté-Âtre theater company, in turn, is committed to carrying out the entire creative, production and organizational process of the projects, to promote their international dissemination, especially in France, and to develop new projects based on the priorities and cultural strategy of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia.
Also, it is planned to jointly create cooperation programs for French-Armenian cultural exchange, develop educational programs for young artists, hold master classes, creative labs, discussions, festivals, etc.
