İnfaz koruma ve jandarma görevlilerinden aldığım bilgiye göre, sözde can güvenliğimin tehdit altında olduğuna, bu nedenle özel koruma tedbirleri istediğime dair dilekçe yazmışım. Jandarma subayı dilekçeyi bizzat gördüğünü, ya da gören birini tanıdığını belirtmektedir. Böyle bir dilekçe yazmadım. Can güvenliğime yönelik herhangi bir tehdit his…setmedim ve hissetmiyorum. Herhangi bir özel güvenlik talebim olmadı. Bu iddialar yalandır. 250 hükümlüyle beraber olduğum açık cezaevinde ve 110 hükümlüyle aynı koğuşu paylaştığım Buca’da, diğer hükümlü ve tutuklulardan saygıda herhangi bir kusur görmedim.
3 Nisan tarihli dilekçemde, araştırma ve yazı faaliyetimi daha rahat sürdürebilmek ve inanç farkından doğabilecek rahatsızlıkları asgariye indirmek için ayrı koğuşa alınmayı talep ettim. Bunun, can güvenliği kaygısıyla ilgisi olmadığı açıktır.
Haftalık spor faaliyetine diğer mahkumlarla beraber katılma talebim, İdare ve Gözlem Kurulu’nun 12 Mayıs tarihli kararıyla “güvenlik” gerekçesi ileri sürülerek reddedildi. İleri sürülen “güvenlik” kaygısının hayal mahsulü olduğu veya birtakım akıl dışı korkulardan kaynaklandığı bence şüphesizdir.
Eğer şahsıma yönelik gerçek bir tehdit duyumu alınmış ise, bu bilginin acilen benle ve avukatımla paylaşılması, idarenin yasal görevidir. Böyle bir bilgi varsa ve benden gizleniyorsa, ileride bana yönelik bir saldırıda, bilgiyi saklayan cezaevi yönetimi ağır hukuki sorumluluk taşıyacaktır.
Güvenlik tehdidine ilişkin somut bir bilgi yoksa, yapılan uygulamalar, beni temel bazı haklarımdan mahrum etmeye yönelik kasıtlı veya kasıtsız bir girişim olarak değerlendirilecektir.
Beni cezaevi içinde tecrit etmeye, diğer mahkumlarla ihtilatımı önlemeye, spor ve kurs gibi sosyal etkinliklere katılmamı yasaklamaya yönelik aşırı, abartılı ve taciz edici uygulamalara son verilmesini, bu şayet Şakran’da mümkün değilse daha makul koşulların bulunduğu başka bir cezaevine sevkimin sağlanmasını saygılarımla arz ederim.

To the Directorate of Şakran No.1 T Type Prison:
According to the information I have received from the guards and gendarmerie members, it is rumored that I have written a petition asking for special protective measures. The gendarmerie officer has told me that he has personally seen this petition or knows someone that has seen it.
I have not written such a petition. I have not felt any threats to my life and do not feel it right now. I did not ask for any special protective measures to be taken. These are false claims. I have not seen any disrespect nor threats neither from the 250 convicts in the low security prison nor from the 110 convicts, with whom I shared a ward in the Buca High Security Prison.
In my petition dated April 3 I had asked to be moved to another ward in order to be able to conduct my research and writing in an easier environement. It is quite obvious that it had nothing to do with my personal safety.
My request to be able to participate at sporting events with other prisoners was refused by the Administration and Monitoring Board decision of May 12th by siting “security” reasons. As far as I am concerned he “security” concerns that were claimed are baseless.
If the authorities have received real threats against me, then it is their judicial duty to share it my attorneys and me. If there is such knowledge and is being kept from me, if an attack were to occur against my well-being, then the prison authority will be under heavy legal responsibility.
If there is no solid information about threats against me, this would be evaluated as intentional or unintentional interference by depriving me from my fundamental rights
I respectfully request that such exaggerated actions such segregating me in the prison, not allowing me to interact with the other prisoners, forbidding me to participate in social events like sports activities or educational courses should end. If this is not possible in the Şakran prison, I should be transferred to another prison facility where more logical conditions exist or are possible.
