We the Supreme Patriarch & Catholicos of All Armenians, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, Armenia, hereby proclaim:
· The Armenian Parish of Geneve called “Paroisse de l’Eglise Apostoliqe Arménienne de Genéve-Région Lémanique” funded on June 16, 2001, and presently covering the Geneva and Region Lemanique, acting on the basis of its current By-Laws, constitutes a regular and recognizad Parish of the Armenian Diocese of Switzerland, operating under the direct jurisdiction of the Catholicosate of All Armenians at Holy Etchmiadzin
· The Armenian Parish of Geneva called “Eglise Apostolique Armenienne de Suisse” founded in 1985 and claiming to cover all the regions of Switzerland, acting on the basis of its current By-Laws is neither a reguler and recognized Parish of the Armenian Diocese of Switzerland nor operates under the direct Jurisdiction of All Armenians at Holy Etchmiadzin and or any other official authority under the jurisdiction of the Catholicosate of All Armenians
