Yesterday, Sunday, Armenians and Turks from France met in a unit spirit under the slogan of the Collectif Biz Myassine (Us together) in front of the Armenian memorial in Paris for a unit commemoration of Armenian genocide. The official statement of the Collective, signed by the writer Denis Donikian and Michel Atalay, member political party Greens, indicates “to want to perpetuate the forgiveness campaign initiated by four Turkish intellectuals in late 2008, bridges built between the Armenian and Turkish civil societies.”
