In October 2008 with the help of your readers I was able to find my father Yervant Sivaslioglu.
I would now like to share with you my story. In December 2008 I began the long journey from Australia to Greece to meet my father and extended family for the first time in my life.
During my long flight to Greece I was quite emotional and at times had tears of joy and anxiety running down my face, and I guess at this point I was somewhat nervous at the thought of meeting my newly found family, and how this significant milestone was to change my life forever.
Upon my arrival in Athens airport I was overwhelmed with love and affection, finally I was united with my dad and the family I never knew I had.
Hence, the following 4 weeks I spent in Athens were filled with much happiness.
Once again, thank you for bringing us together.
