YEREVAN (YERKIR) – October 24 Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian met with his French counterpart Philippe Douste-Blazy. During the meeting the parties discussed matters of Armenian-French bilateral relations and events within the Year of Armenia in France.
Besides, the interlocutors exchanged views over the process of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and prospects for progress in the talks. Speaking of EU-Armenia relations, the Ministers appreciated the signing of the EU-Armenia Action Plan within the European Neighborhood Policy, scheduled for November 14.
During the meeting Oskanian and Douste-Blazy discussed regional matters, possible impact of Russian-Georgian relations on the region, reported PanARMENIAN.Net.
