YEREVAN, JANUARY 28.ARMINFO. The Armenian chicken meat producers do not face the threat to lose millions of dollars of investitions.Hayk Martirosian,chairman of the Committee of Armenian Poultry Breeders,said that the volume of chicken sale has greatly increased, recently.
He said that the pultry breeding compnaies have decreased the prices for their products after Christmas to 10%.
Accoridng to experts, 8-9 thousand tones of chicken meat and 250 millions of eggs are being produced in Armenia, annually.The annual turnover of the chicken meat amounts to $90 mln. 70% of this sum is the profit of the Armenian producers of chicken meat.
