KHANTY-MANSIYSK, DECEMBER 19. ARMINFO. 23-year-old Armenian grand master Levon Aronyan has won the World Chess Cup and $100,000.
128 grand masters from 48 countries took part in the cup contending for a total prize fund of $1.470 mln.
The second award has gone to Ruslan Ponomariov (Ukraine), the third to Etienne Bacrot (France).
