COMMODITY EXCHANGE SELLS 40 KG OF GOLD IN TWO MONTHS

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 19, ARMENPRESS: Armenian commodity and raw material exchange has sold 40 kg of gold bullions in the last two months since it was allowed to perform such transactions. The gold bars weighing 11-13 kg are provided by a Russian Unibank branch.
Karen Yeghiazarian, the head of the exchange, said the demand is bigger than the supply. He said the gold price has risen from 7,066 drams per one gram in early November to 7,796 drams now.
