People lost hope for meeting European standards, Regional Director for South Caucasus Sabina Freizer stated in an interview with Trend agency.
She expressed concern that both in Armenia and Azerbaijan violations of legilstaion take plave in electoral processes.
Basing upon the assessments of the ICG obserevrs Ms. Freizer stated that serious violations were fixed during the referendum in Armenia.
