/PanARMENIAN.Net/ OSCE PA President Alcee L. Hastings will pay a visit to Armenia next week. He will arrive from Baku where he will observe the parliamentary election in Azerbaijan on November 6 as the head of the OSCE short-term monitoring mission, reported Mediamax.
