BAKU, JULY 19, ARMENPRESS: Azerbaijan’s Public Television intends to start broadcasting Armenian-language programs to keep “Azerbaijani citizens of Nagorno-Karabakh informed about what is going on in their country.”
Public Television chief manager Ismail Omarov was quoted by 525 Gazet as saying that ‘when Armenians in Karabakh learn the real state of things they will be the first to protest against Armenian occupation.” There is no final decision, however, he said.
