President Robert Kocharian congratulated the nation today on the occasion of the 10-th anniversary of adoption of Armenian Constitution.
His message reads as follows: “Dear country fellows, Today we celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia. During last ten years our Constitution on many occasions has proved its viability and showed the way to overcome many critical situations our country has encountered. The Basic Law of our state is the strongest guarantee of civil accord, rule of law and stability.
