The diplomas issued upon graduation from the Armenian institutes of higher education will be valid in 45 European states, FrancePress Agency (Oslo) reports. The Ministers of Education of 45 European states agreed on mutual acknowledging of diplomas during a 2-day conference held in Norway. The process that was launched in 1999 provides for the unification if diplomas of the European High Schools till 2010. In part the matter concerns the implementation of equal criteria for the bachelor’s, master’s and doctor’s degrees. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine have been included in the program as well.
