Yerevan. March 10 (Interfax) – Armenia is not planning to enter the GUUAM association or apply for an observer status in it, Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian said at a press conference on Wednesday.
“We do not intend even to receive an observer status in GUUAM, because our positions and goals differ from the positions and goals of that organization,” the minister said.
