The meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers Elmar Mammadyarov and Vardan Oskanian, scheduled for Thursday in Paris, was postponed again due to the latter’s poor health condition.
The two ministers’ Prague meeting originally scheduled for Wednesday was put off for the same reason. While in Prague, Mammadyarov met with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and members of the OSCE fact-finding mission to discuss the illegal settlement of Armenians in the occupied Azerbaijani territories.
The parties agreed not to disclose the details of the report until it is submitted to the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna on March 17.
