There will be no item in the new Constitution of Armenia, banning dual citizenship, stated Head of the Armenian National Assembly Commission on State and Legal Issues Rafik Petrosian. He emphasized that the draft of constitutional reforms says a special law will regulate dual citizenship questions. It should be noted that the referendum on constitutional reforms in Armenia is planned at the beginning of summer 2005.
