Golos Armenii: Thieves Loot Armenia

`Golos Armenii' says that former President Levon Ter-Petrosian's
resignation exactly seven years ago has not lived up to the people's
expectations because `thieves and plunderers who didn't care under whose
flag they loot the country stayed on.' `The new government is
responsible for not only keeping them but also increasing the number of
such stooges.'
