168 Zham: President Alarmed by Regime Change

`168 Zham' reports that President Robert Kocharian is seriously worried
about an apparent upsurge in crime in Armenia. Citing unspecified
sources close to the president, the paper says a confidential report
submitted to Kocharian recently alleges that some `elite groups' are
intent on convincing Armenians that `the country's leadership is
paralyzed and no longer able to control the situation.' It says
Kocharian is now alarmed by the possibility of regime change in Armenia.
