On the invitation of Armenian President Robert Kocharian Estonian leader Arnold Ruutel will be in Armenia on an official call, accompanied by the First Lady. As reported by the Armenian leader’s Press Service, the visit main goal is to promote interstate ties, strengthen cooperation between the two countries, outline economic interaction prospects. November 15 the official meeting ceremony will be held in the Armenian President’s Residence, after which Robert Kocharian and Arnold Ruutel will have a meeting in private, followed by extended membership talks. Within the framework of the official visit the Estonian leader will meet with Chairman of the National Assembly Artur Baghdasarian, Prime Minister Andranik Margarian, Catholicos of all Armenians Garegin II. The delegation, headed by the Estonian President will also visit the memorial to victims of the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey in 1915. Besides, Arnold Ruutel will have a meeting with the students and professors of Yerevan State University.
