YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 10. ARMINFO. European Film Festival will be held in the capital of Armenia on Dec 13-18, 2004. Attache of France’s Embassy in Armenia for culture affairs Marine Soucin told ARMINFO. Films shot in France, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Poland and Greece will be demonstrated within the framework of the festival.
6 embassies of the aforementioned participant-countries of the European Union accredited in the Republic of Armenia form the organizing committee of the festival The European Commission funds the festival. The attache stressed that all the benefits from the selling of the tickets for the films will be provided to orphanages of the republic.
