YEREVAN, AUGUST 16, ARMENPRESS: On August 13 at 2.00 pm, Nagorno Karabakh State Committee on War Prisoners and Lost People handed over Baku resident, military servant Anar Samedov, 21, to Azerbaijani authorities. According to NKR foreign ministry press services, Karabakh authorities decided to hand over the military servant after an agreement from Baku, mediated by International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC). ICRC representatives have often visited Samedov during his stay in Nagorno Karabakh. Samedov was seized on Aug. 6 in the northeast part of the enclave’s border after crossing the demarcation line.
