Activists of the Azeri Organization for Karabakh Liberation (OKL) will not sit on their hands if the Armenian servicemen arrive in Baku in September to take part in the Cooperative Best Effort-2004 NATO exercise, OKL chairman deputy Shamil Mekhti told Echo Baku newspaper. In his words, the activists will do their best not to allow the Armenian flags to be hoisted and the Armenian hymn heard in Baku in September. In his turn, head of the Azeri defense ministry’s press service Ramiz Melikov noted that “no special attention will be paid to the Armenian officers in Baku”.
