The united opposition of Armenia has “a delightful program” of further actions, National Unity party leader Artashes Geghamian stated last evening at a recurrent rally of the opposition forces – the Justice bloc, National Unity party and the Communist party – not detailing the program. As of “the resolute and continuous protest actions” the opposition has promised, addressing the meeting, member of the political council of the Republic party Albert Bazeyan explained the delay with the need to solve “some organizational problems.” At that he stated the opposition is still determined to reach its final goal – the change of the authority in the country. Otherwise, he said, “we will lose the moral right to stay in the political arena.” In his turn Republic party leader Aram Z. Sargsian assured those gathered that there is no need to go to the presidential residence, as “one can also achieve change of authority by means of rallies,” which in his words will constantly be held in June. The next opposition meeting is scheduled on June 16.
