Under the conditions of the active Armenian Genocide recognition campaign launched throughout the world, Turkey finds great difficulty in taking steps for normalizing the Armenian-Turkish relations, as reported by Turkish media, Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Erdogan told journalists in Ankara. “Our policy targets at having a lot of friends all over the world”, the Turkish Premier said adding that if Armenians let the historians to judge about the genocide issue, it would “do much good to Ankara”. “It is difficult to deal with a country, which tries to build the future still keeping the issue on the agenda”, Erdogan said.
