arminfo: 57 CARS WITH GOODS, BLOCKED IN AJARIA, CROSSED GEORGIAN-ADZARIAN BORDER AND COME TO ARMENIA

YEREVAN, MAY 5. ARMINFO. 57 railway cars with Armenian goods, blocked in Adzaria, have crossed the Georgian-Adzarian border and come to Armenia. Chairman of the Association of Armenian transport workers and expediters Gagik Aghajanian informed ARMINFO.

According to him, only 4 tank-wagons with mineral oil for Armenia have remained in Adzaria, they did not cross the border because of wires in Batumi customs office, Aghajanian mentioned that the Association have appealed to the Prime Minister of Armenia Andranik Margarian with a request to agree with Georgian authorities even about temporary reception of Armenian goods in the port Poti, which has physical and technical potentialities for all that. Aghajanian informed that now the European ports of the Black See still refrain from loading wagons in the line of Georgia in great volumes, expecting fall of tension in Adzaria.
