The NKR Presidential Press Service told ARMINFO that in conformity with NKR President Arkady Ghoukassyan’s decree, Boris Spasskiy, the tenth world chess champion, an Honorable Guest of the International Chess tournament in Stepanakert dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Tigran Petrossyan, is awarded a Medal “Gratitutude” for personal contribution to development and popularization of the chess in NKR.
