TASHKENT, MARCH 15, ARMENPRESS: Armenian Greco-Roman wrestler Levon Geghamian was the only one of five member team to qualify for Athens Olympic Games at an international tournament in Tashkent, Uzbekistan capital. He managed to reach the final but was defeated by Iranian Jamshioi 3-1 at 7:41 into overtime at 185 pounds.
Levon Geghamian has become the 12-th Armenian athlete to qualify for Athens-2004 Games. The Tashkent tournament was the last chance for Armenian wrestlers to qualify for the Games.
