“Storm in the Sea”, the picture of seascapes painter Hovhannes Aivazovsky, was presented among 200 works of art at the yesterday’s Istanbul auction held in Movenpik hotel. As reported by Turkish media, the picture of the great Armenian painter was sold for $65 billion Turkish lire, becoming the most expensive purchase. The owner preferred to remain unknown.
