YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 11. ARMINFO. Another 8 people infected with dysentery were taken to infectious hospital of Gyumri yesterday, Head of the State Inspection for Hygiene and Anti-epidemics attached to the Armenian Public Heath Ministry Artavazd Vanyan told ARMINFO.
He said that in conformity with the analysis held, the low quality drinking water poured into the main drinking water pipeline because of damaged hermetic pipes. It should be noted that the heart of the infection was registered in the region Noravan, Gyumri. The dysentery infected number 32 people at present, 26 of them being children under 14.
