YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 5. ARMINFO. A preliminary hearing of the case of Tatul Manaserian is to be held in Los Angeles on February 5, 2004. The member of the Armenian Parliament of the “Justice” bloc Tatul Manaserian was detained in the USA on January 15, 2004, on a charge of kidnapping his own son, Manaserian’s brother, Artur Manaserian told ARMINFO.
Tatul Manaserian’s ex-spouse, Nune Simonian, who illegally emigrated to the USA in 1990, did not honor the verdict of the Spandarian minor court placing their son, Armen, in Tatul Manaserian’s custody and took him along to the USA in 1997.
