YEREVAN, JANUARY 27, ARMENPRESS: Expansion of political dialogue between the European Union (EU) and Armenia, regional security matters, Nagorno-Karabagh regulation and other issues were high today on the agenda of a meeting between the visiting EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Heikki Talvitie, and Armenian parliament speaker Arthur Baghdasarian.
Talvitie has arrived in Yerevan today. The EU official is to meet also with president Kocharian and other top Armenian leaders.
