e officers of the Armenian Armed Forces will participate in the first conference on planning the Cooperative Best Effort-2004 training, to be held in the first half of January in Baku, Lieutenant General Artur Agabekyan, Armenian Deputy Defense Minister.
Particiрating in the conference will be representatives of the peacemaking divisions and oрerative management of the Нeadquarters of the Armed Forces, Agabekyan said, adding that one Armenian division will attend the Cooperative Best Effort-2004 training.

The Cooperative Best Effort-2004 training is to be held next September in Azerbaijan under NATO’s Partnership for Peace.
