Stepanakert, November 26, Noyan-Tapan.The president of the Nagornyy Karabakh Republic NKR flew to the USA on 24 November to attend a telethon to be held on 27 November in Los Angeles.
The telethon is to raise funds for the construction of the strategic North-South motorway in the NKR, the main information department under the NKR president has told our news agency.
