Deputy foreign minister of Armenia Ruben Shugarian will meet with Azeri president Ilham Aliyev in Baku tomorrow, press secretary of the foreign ministry of Armenia Hamlet Gasparian told “Mediamax” agency. In his words, the meeting is planned within the program of the recurrent sitting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation member countries, to be held in the Azerbaijani capital. The Armenian diplomat will meet with Aliyev along with heads of delegations participating in the forum.
