YEREVAN, OCTOBER 16. ARMINFO. A charitable concert with the participation of the Armenian opera singer Hasmik Papian, was held at Austria’s Embassy in the USA.
ARMINFO was informed in the press office of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia, the concert was organized by Armenia’s Embassy in the USA and Austria’s Embassy in the USA. Chairman of the Armenian cultural union of the USA, Philanthropist Rita Balyan was the initiator for holding the concert. The concert was organized through the support of the Armenian-American medical center. Compositions of Mozart, Puchini, Verdi, as well as of Komitas and Kanachian were performed during the concert.
