YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS: The British Council in Yerevan will bring British performers to play at a concert together with Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra in November to be dedicated to the centenary of outstanding Armenian composer Aram Khachatrian.
The British Council also said it will bring a British expert who will deliver some lectures in early October at seminars on theater management. The expert will also give a lecture to students of Yerevan Institute of Cinema and Theater.
The Council will convene together with Armenian Union of Writers a round table discussion with participation of Jane Roger from Britain, who will also speak about current trends in British literature. And a festival of British film will be held in late November in Yerevan and Gyumri.
