arminfo: NEWLY CREATED AIR COMPANY `GYUMRI AIRLINES´ MAKES ITS FIRST FLIGHT

GYUMRI, SEPTEMBER 5. ARMINFO. The newly created “Gyumri Airlines” company made its first flight Thursday. The company’s TU-134 flew to Moscow.

The head of the press service of Chief Civil Aviation Department of Armenia Serzh Manukyan does not know who is the owner of the company.

The TU-134 can carry 76 passengers. The company is going to fly to Moscow twice a week, Monday and Thursday, and 4 times a week in future. Planned are flights to Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Mineralnye Vodi, Sochi. The ticket prices in Gyumri are 15-20% lower than at the Yerevan Zvartnots Airport.
