A message addressed to defense minister of Armenia Serge Sargsian has been received from NATO United South Command head Antonio Quentina, expressing gratitude for the high level of preparation and special responsibility of the Armenian leadership in the course of “Cooperative Best Effort-2003” military exercises held in the country within “Partnership for Peace” NATO program. “All Armenian participants of the measure have displayed high professionalism, which honors the Armed Forces of Armenia,” the message says.
