YEREVAN, JULY 1, ARMENPRESS: Ashot Kocharian, a spokesman for president Kocharian (no relation) said in his first public appearance Monday that Armenia stands for normalization of relations with Turkey without any preconditions, which he said would enable both sides to discuss a broad variety of questions, including most sensitive ones.
“Armenia is prepared to continue the dialogue with Turkey and hopes that it will lead to concrete steps,” he said commenting on numerous reports about Turkey’s imminent decision to lift the transport blockade of Armenia it imposed in 1993
