Armenian delegation will not take part in the 21-th sitting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC). As reported by head of the Armenian delegation in the PABSEC Victor Dallakian to “Arminfo” agency, the reason for it is merely technical and lies in the fact that the terms of the sitting coincide with the beginning of work of the newly elected Armenian parliament. It should reminded that Azerbaijan, Albany, Armenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine serve on the BSEC.
