panarmenian: FINAL REPORT ON ARMENIAN ELECTION TO BE PRESENTED TO COUNCIL OF CIS HEADS MAY 30

The final report on presidential and parliamentary election in Armenia, as well as on referendum on the draft of changes in the Armenian constitution will be presented to the Council of Heads of CIS States to be held May 30 in Saint Petersburg. Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee, chief of the CIS observation mission Yuri Yarov told journalists in Yerevan. At the same time he stated that conclusions by the election observation mission headed by him have rested and will further rest only on their own observations “and not on statements done by individuals.”
