YEREVAN, MAY 8, ARMENPRESS The government of Chinese has donated today 13 AUDI cars to the Armenian foreign ministry that will be used for ceremonial events. The acceptance-agreement to this effect was signed in Yerevan by Chinese ambassador to Armenia Ziao Xiulian and Armenian foreign minister Vartan Oskanian. The donation came within the framework of a five million Yuan technical assistance to Armenia.
Foreign minister Oskanian thanked the government of China for the present pointing out that it was not the first donation of China to Armenia. This assistance is the evidence of the high level relations and good will between the two countries. This will help our ministry to form its own depot of cars that is essential for raising the level of ceremonial services, he said.
The government of China has been providing technical assistance to Armenia since 1997.
