MARCH 29. A concert dedicated to Aram Khachatryan’s Centennial held at the Russian Embassy in Washington. Russian Ambassador Yury Ushakov and Armenian Ambassador Arman Kirakossyan delivered their speeches before the concert.
In the course of the concert, young musicians of the Armenian school of classical music presented not only the original works of Aram Khachatryan, but also the music of his Motherland the works of European and American composers. The storm of applause were addressed not only to the Armenian “duduk” popular in the world, but also the immortal classical music.-
