Armenian sprinter Vahagn Javakhian was the 25-th among 80 challengers in the World Athletics Winter Championship wrapped up in Great Britain’s Birmingham recently, Armenpress said.. He ran the distance of 60 meters in 6.96 seconds, setting a new record for Armenia. “If I have better training facilities I can make it in 6.85-6.87 seconds,” said the athlete during an interview. Currently the athlete is continuing trainings for other forthcoming sporting events.
