YEREVAN, MARCH 13, 2003.(ARMINFO): The President of Armenia Robert Kocharian is not going to run for the third presidential term even in the case, when constitutional reforms are carried out in the country. Robert Kocharian stated during a press conference today.
According to him, the burden on the president is very high. There are people, who are not fully aware of the responsibility of the president of the country, but if they feel this responsibility, they will never dream about the presidential chair, Robert Kocharian said
