YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 7, ARMENPRESS: “The establishment of European Union Chamber of Commerce in Armenia is a step towards the improvement of business atmosphere between EU and Armenia. On of the main goals of the structure is to support Armenia to overcome problems appearing in the process of integration with Europe and to develop economy”, said the president of Union of European Commercial Companies in Armenia (EUCCA) Jonathan Stark during the today’s opening ceremony.

In his words, EUCCA’s objectives is to cooperate with Armenian state structures in order to boost the development of favorable business environment and attract European investments, contribute to the acknowledgement of the principles of free competition, foster the process of establishment of mutually beneficial business contacts between Armenia and EU member states. The organization will also provide necessary information and help Armenian and European enterprises to face successfully the challenges of globalized economy.
