YEREVAN, February 6 (Noyan Tapan). 10,000 policemen will safeguard public order during the elections on February 19. This was announced by the Vice-Head of the RA Police Hovhannes Varian during the meeting in the CEC of Armenia on February 6. The police will be present in the adjacent rooms of 1,865 polling precincts. The policemen will be provided with weapons and transport during the transportation of electoral documents in avoidance of unexpected incidents. Police groups will be located 50 meters away from polling precincts. The groups will not let anybody campaign during the day of elections. The reserve forces will be also formed if need be.
